CHIC IN RIPPED
Some time last week i wanted to strut my ripped pair into town to run a couple of errands but then when i went into my closet i dint know how or what to pair them with. I was so frustrated that i tried almost every top in my closet. By the time i was done my room looked like a mini thrift shop ( ‘mini gikomba’ that’s what my mum calls it). Am sure we’ve had such frustrating mornings when getting dressed.
Ave had this pair of ripped jeans for a while now and quite frankly am running out of ways to wear them so i decided why not do some research and share with you the real don’t’s and do’s with your ripped pair or more that is if you own more than just one.
A couple of seasons back we had boyfriend jeans as a trend and as we know skinny jeans have been a thing for such a long time and both just got ripped and became a new trend.
So here’s the deal skinny ripped jeans are meant for women who are not afraid to show off their curves , because
SLIM FIT + DISTRESSED EFFECT= OVER EMPHASES ON BUTT , THIGHS AND HIPS.
So be careful what you wish for you could easily go wrong.
Then again you can try on the straight leg ripped boyfriend jeans
if this is the equation you want then go for it.
SLIGHTLY WIDE LEG + BAGGY FIT = EFFORTLESS SEXY AND COOL AND CAN BE VERY CHIC
So how do we wear the ripped jeans and look chic you ask? its easy just follow the three basic rules i came up with that definatelly work.
Balanceeeeee is the most important part of wearing these jeans. You don’t want to look too shabby and take away the concentration from the amazing ripped jeans. Always make them the center of attention by wearing neutral colors on top.Just like the way Kim did here
Your make up should always be very minimal and very natural.
You should not have too much on you have to keep it light. Going for the chic effortless look is a challenge sometimes but it has to be done to attain major fashion statement looks.
Borrow a leaf from these amazing looks and always keep it stylish. ALWAYS
Catch you later beautiful people.
